The student's school is the gateway to all Student Health Partnership services and the first step in requesting services for the child. The student's school team and the parents will determine which resources are the best fit for the child's needs, and will assist with the referral process.
Information provided by parents is kept confidential. Information will be shared after parental permission is given and only on a need-to-know basis. Participation of parents and students is voluntary.
